What is Falsetto’s returns policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and still have all tags and original packaging intact. (Custom or sale items may have different rules.)
How do I return or exchange my order?
Send an email to falsettoltd@gmail.com with the subject “Return”, and include your order number, name, and reason for returning.
For exchanges, simply place a new order, and return the original item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Yes — you may cancel or modify your order before it is dispatched. To do so, contact us by email or live chat within 24 hours of your purchase.
